Downtown care, without the wait
Family medicine, walk-in visits and on-site lab work — steps from the office, with a team that knows your history.

Good medicine starts with being available
City Centre Medical Clinic was built around a simple problem: most people put off care because getting it takes a day they don't have. So we opened where the city already is — near transit, near offices, near home — with hours that stretch past the workday and a schedule that leaves room for people who wake up unwell.
Inside, the visit itself is meant to feel unhurried. Our physicians and nurse practitioners read your file before they walk in, explain the reasoning behind a test or a prescription, and tell you plainly what to watch for once you're home. Bloodwork, vaccines and minor procedures happen on site, so one appointment usually settles the whole question.
We take walk-ins and rostered patients alike, and we keep the same team in front of you as much as a clinic can — because continuity is what turns a list of appointments into actual care.
About the clinicVirtual Visits
Care that doesn't need you in the waiting room
Plenty of visits don't require a physical exam. A rash you can hold up to the camera, a prescription that needs renewing, test results you want explained — all of it can be handled from your kitchen table, by the same physicians and nurse practitioners you'd see in the clinic.
- Video or phone appointments, usually same day
- Prescriptions sent straight to the pharmacy you choose
- Your notes and results land in the same chart as your in-person visits
If something turns out to need hands-on attention, we say so and book you in — often for the same week. Virtual care is a faster front door, not a replacement for a proper examination.

Evening appointments start this month
We've added weeknight and Saturday hours, plus a block of same-day slots held back each morning for walk-ins. Here's what's changing, and how to get one of them.
Work somewhere the schedule makes sense
We staff for the volume we actually see, which means realistic appointment lengths, admin support that handles the paperwork, and a rota built with your life in mind rather than around it.
Physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, lab techs and front-desk staff all sit on the same floor and talk to each other — no hand-offs into a void. If that sounds like the clinic you've been looking for, we'd like to hear from you.

Looking for a family doctor?
We're accepting new patients across all of our physicians and nurse practitioners. Rostering takes about ten minutes, and your first appointment is a proper sit-down about your history.
Here's what people tell us after their first few visits.
Become a patientI'd been putting off a check-up for two years because I couldn't take a weekday off. Booked a 6:30pm slot, was seen on time, and left with my bloodwork already done downstairs. That's the whole reason I switched.
My son spiked a fever on a Saturday morning and I fully expected an eight-hour emergency room wait. We walked in here instead and were out in forty minutes with a clear plan and someone who actually explained it to him, not just to me.
Managing a long-term condition means a lot of appointments, and I used to repeat my history every single time. Here the notes are read before anyone walks in, and follow-ups get booked before I leave the room. It's a small thing that changes everything.
