Getting here

Two minutes' walk from Central Station. Several bus routes stop directly outside the building on Main Street.

Paid underground parking beneath the building, entrance on Second Avenue. Street parking is metered and limited to two hours.

Bike racks outside the main entrance. The downtown cycle lane runs along Main Street past the door.

Step-free from the street. Elevator to the fourth floor, automatic doors, accessible washroom and wheelchair-height reception counter.

When you arrive

Main lobbyEnter from Main Street and take the elevators on the left to the fourth floor.
Suite 400Turn right out of the elevator. The clinic is the glass door at the end of the corridor.
Check inHand your health card to reception. For walk-in, they'll give you an honest estimate of the wait.
Lab drawsThe lab is inside the clinic, past reception. Check in at the front desk first.

The clinic is closed on statutory holidays. Reduced hours around the holiday season are posted here and on the front door at least two weeks ahead.

Outside clinic hours, call 811 for health advice from a registered nurse, or 911 and your nearest emergency department for anything urgent.
