What we look after

From a sore throat on a Tuesday night to the blood pressure you've been meaning to sort out for a year — most of it starts in the same room.

Our services

One clinic, most of what you'll need

Our physicians and nurse practitioners handle everyday illness, long-term conditions, screening and prevention — and because bloodwork, vaccines and minor procedures happen on site, a single visit usually finishes the job rather than starting a chain of referrals.

If something falls outside what we can do here, we'll say so early and send you on with the paperwork already prepared.

Open late, six days a weekWeeknights until 8pm and Saturday mornings, with same-day slots held for walk-ins.
Lab work on siteBloodwork drawn here, results reviewed by the clinician who ordered them.
Virtual when it suitsRenewals, results and follow-ups by video or phone, on the same chart.

Before you book

Bring your health card and a list of anything you're currently taking, including over-the-counter medication and supplements. If you've had tests done elsewhere, tell reception when you book so we can request the results ahead of time.

Some services aren't publicly covered — travel consults, certain notes and forms, and a few procedures. We'll always tell you the cost before anything goes ahead, never after.

  • Health card and medication list
  • Previous results, if done elsewhere
  • Arrive ten minutes early for a first visit
  • Costs quoted up front, in writing

Not sure which visit you need?

Call reception and describe what's going on. They'll book you into the right kind of appointment — or tell you plainly if the emergency department is the better answer.
